Part 6 – Applicant Certification

I understand that receiving Airport Building Activity Consent does not constitute permission to commence work on the proposed building activity. *

I understand the Building Activity Process requirements and am aware that before works on the proposed building activity may commence I need to obtain consent from DIA, obtain Building Approval from the Airport Building Controller (ABC), and obtain a Permit to Commence Work from DIA. *

I confirm the drawings and plans supplied with this application will be the same drawings and plans that will be submitted to the ABC when applying for Building Approval. *

I agree to DIA publishing information regarding the building activity on the DIA website as per requirements under the Airports (Building Control) Regulations 1996. *

I understand DIA may charge a fee for the assessment of all applications for Building Activity Consent. All fees are basedon the construction/ project value of the works or on an estimated cost, whichever is higher. Please refer to the DIA Building Approvals Guide for information on the current fee schedule. *

I understand and confirm upon commencement and completion of works, I will submit all relevant documents to ABC and ADG to receive an appropriate Exemption, Building and Occupancy Permit (whichever stage is relevant) and I will forward the documents to the appropriate contact in ADG, failure to do so will result in significant fines issued to the lease. *
