Application for Airport Building Activity Consent


This form and checklist is to be used to apply to Alice Springs Airport (ASA) for in principle approval for Airport Building Activity consent for all building and works activities on ASA land. For more information on the building approval process please refer to the Alice Springs Airport Website.

Airports operate within a highly regulated environment and special conditions apply which may not apply at other workplaces. Building activity at ASA is subject to statutory controls under the Airports Act 1996 and the Airports (Building Control) Regulations1996. 

The below checklist will assist in flagging potential regulatory issues with ASA prior to Airport Building Control Online (ABCO) application. Where Yes is selected, please attach documentation and/or provide details.
