PARKING AREAS AND USE

Access to the Darwin Airport Short Stay Car Park Rideshare Zone will only be granted for the duration that the CPV ID is valid.
This access card grants access to Short Stay Car Park Rideshare Zone for 30 minutes, any time after that will be charged at the published drive-up rates.
The access card must be used for all rideshare pick up's, a ticket is not to be used for these transactions.
1. If your access card becomes invalid, please email carparks@ntairports.com.au with your card number to fix this issue.
Use of this access card is for rideshare purposes only, in the vehicle that is stated on the application form.
It is the user’s responsibility to inform us of changes to vehicle, CPV license details.
We may, at our discretion, cancel an Access Card at any time if:a.the Car Park is rendered unfit for use due to circumstances beyond our control.b.you are in default of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Replacement access cards incur a $35.00 (GST inclusive) administration fee, payable to DIA on issue of the replacement card.

INDEMNITY

You drive, park and leave your vehicle at your own risk and you remain responsible for your vehicle and any property in or on it.
We are not liable, except to the extent required by law, for:
1. any theft, loss, or damage whatsoever to any vehicle, its accessories, or its contents
2. any death or injury of any personwhile you, your vehicle or your property are in the Car Park or while you are entering or leaving the Car Park.
We may, at your expense, move or remove your vehicle if, in our opinion, it is parked in an unauthorised or unsafe position, is unregistered or appears to be abandoned, and if we move your vehicle, these conditions continue to apply.
We reserve the right to retain your vehicle, and all goods in or attached to the vehicle, as security for any money which you owe us under these terms and conditions. If you fail to pay any money you owe us, we may sell your vehicle in accordance with all applicable legislation.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the issue of a Parking Infringement Notice and you will be liable for the payment of penalties.

SECURITY

You must strictly comply with all directions of DIA in relation to safety and security issued from time to time.
The use of our car parks is governed by the Conditions of Use. You agree to be bound by and comply with the Conditions of Use as amended and published by us from time to time.

In these conditions references to:

“we”, “us” and “our” mean Darwin International Airport Pty Limited ABN 87 081 258 157, its employees, agents, and independent contractors;
“you” means the person using, or intending to use the car park; and
“your vehicle” includes a vehicle driven, or intended to be driven, by you into the Permit parking facilities.
