Operational Hours

We suggest the pop-up store to operate for at least 12 hours daily, with flexible trading hours. The recommended operating hours would be from 10 AM to 6 PM, and again from 10 PM to 2 AM all days of the week.

Please note that if successful these are the Insurances required at the time of application:

  • Public Liability Insurance (Typically covering up to AUD 20 million)

  • Return to Work Act (NT) (Insurance for employee injury or illness)

  • Plate Glass Insurance (Coverage for damages to fittings) (Optional)

  • Additional insurance policies (Any additional coverage for loss, damage, or other specific risks) (if any)

As the pop-up shop will be within the sterile area of the airport – all service providers are required to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (Grey ASIC): Please review the requirements here for the Grey ASIC and confirm all team members operating your store would be able to achieve this.
