1. Is the fencing constructed from suitable materials with no holes or gaps?

2. Are the fencing panels difficult to climb?

3. Is access under or through the fence barricaded – i.e. no gaps throughout the construction process?

4. Is fencing erected on a firm foundation throughout the construction process?

5. Is the fencing installed on level ground – i.e. a lean of less than three degrees out of vertical?

6. Is the fence erected in a general straight line within the site boundary?

7. Is fencing stable and able to withstand any anticipated loads like wind loads, persons attempting to scale it, forces caused by people in heavy pedestrian areas or impact forces from vehicles or plant?

9. Do fencing gates provide a level of security? (locks and chains should be fitted for site security and safety on all gates)
